- Official publisher announcements are the primary source for releases, rules and events.
- Marketplace observations describe active supply; they are not completed sales.
- Verified graded records require a completed-sale source and a matched card identity.
- Exchange rates are kept separate from the original source currency.
Hourly feed versus editorial index
The monitor may archive every source-linked update. Only items with useful source detail or a verified connection to a tracked set enter the search index. Thin notices remain available in the feed with noindex,follow.
We summarize rather than republish full third-party articles. The official source remains linked prominently.
Market language
We do not claim that an announcement caused a price move without a documented causal basis. When events overlap, we describe the movement as observed in the same period and link the underlying market evidence.
Authorship and review
Automated briefs are attributed to the TCGMarketWatch Research Desk. Material research pages show their sources, observation windows and last reviewed date. Corrections follow the public corrections policy.
