Six New One Piece Starter Decks Span Aggro, Control and Midrange

Bandai has released six English One Piece Card Game starter decks at the same time, giving new and returning players a choice of distinct colors and play styles. ST-31 through ST-36 all carry a July 31, 2026 release date and an official suggested retail price of $11.99.
Six leaders and play styles
The lineup covers a broad strategic range. ST-31 is a mono-red Monkey.D.Luffy aggro deck built around sustained offense. ST-32 gives Roronoa Zoro a mono-green, battle-focused shell centered on Slash-type characters. ST-33 presents Kuzan as mono-blue control, while ST-34 uses Charlotte Katakuri for a mono-purple future-sight control plan.
The final two decks move beyond single-color control. ST-35 is a red-black Sabo midrange deck whose official description emphasizes deploying multiple characters through combined effects. ST-36, led by Eustass ‘Captain’ Kid, is a yellow midrange list designed to work on both offense and defense while disrupting the opposing plan. What each box contains
Each product contains a constructed 51-card deck, ten DON!! cards, one playsheet and one booster pack from The Time of Battle [OP-16]. Because the decks are fixed products, the included OP-16 booster is the random element rather than part of the constructed list.
Bandai states that cards in these products become tournament legal seven days after the regional release date, while also noting legality from a participating local game store’s pre-release date.
