Deck feature puts Sulley and Boo at the center
Two Core Constructed builds connect a rotation-bounded pool with Combo Shift, Boo questing conditions and several named supporting cards.
Mike Wazowski, Sulley and more monsters arrive in Attack of the Vine! for Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game. The related feature presents two themed Core Constructed decks using a rotation-defined pool that runs from Fabled to Attack of the Vine!.
A shared framework
Both lists follow Core Constructed. Under rotation, their available cards run from Fabled through Attack of the Vine! The theme draws on Monsters, Inc. glimmers from Disney and Pixar, with the deck builder emphasizing fresh mechanics and monster-based synergy. Both lists share that format and defined pool. The card selection is limited to that interval under the stated rotation for both decks in the feature.
How the Combo Shift works
Sully & Boo – Scare Buddies anchors one build through Combo Shift. The card can Shift on turn 4 atop a Sulley-named character, a Boo-named character, or one of each. After the shifted card is banished, its ability permits any characters beneath it to be played from the discard at no cost, whether one character or two had been placed underneath. The described outcome applies with either one or two underlying characters.
Two conditions for Boo
Boo – In Disguise adds You’re Safe Now: if an exerted character called Sulley is in play, Boo cannot be challenged. The feature says this lets her continue questing for 2 each turn. A separate threshold applies to Boo – Human Child, which receives 2 additional lore and quests for three once there are 5 or more cards in the inkwell. One condition checks for an exerted Sulley in play; the other counts cards in the inkwell.
Supporting cards add options
Other named cards also appear in the deck. Celia Mae – Friendly Receptionist can ready a character when played if one additional ink is paid. Pacha – Panicked Customer is identified as another Hero; on your turn, Adrenaline Surge provides +4 Strength, producing a 6 Strength, 6 Willpower character. Rahr! is also included to assist with additional challenges in the deck.
