Riftbound Sets Out Signature Edition Drawing Process

Riot has mapped the English-language product drawing, including conditional email waves, equal selection terms, order safeguards and its response to damaged deliveries.

Riot has scheduled the first drawing for the English version of its announced Signature Edition on August 20, with later rounds possible on August 24 and August 27. Entrants are being directed to the Riftbound X account for notices when emails are sent and when selection has ended.

How the waves are sequenced

The initial selection round is set for August 20. Riot says a second round will be used only if required on August 24, followed, if still necessary, by the start of a third email round on August 27. The conditional structure makes the latter dates contingencies, not guaranteed stages for every entrant in the drawing. No later wave is presented as an automatic step.

Selection and order protections

Previous entries and purchases will not influence selection. Riot says each participant in the drawing has the same chance, giving new and returning entrants identical terms. The company also describes the Signature Edition as a special product and says it is taking additional measures to protect player orders. Those safeguards sit alongside, rather than alter, the selection rule.

Warehouse and return context

A recent warehouse change supplies the fulfillment backdrop. Riot reports that the vast majority of players received Vendetta orders on launch day or soon afterward following its move to another partner for the Riot Merch store. Under the policy for this Signature Edition, a damaged shipment can be returned for a full refund only when the complete product is sent back. The return option applies when the item arrives damaged.

Where to monitor

Riot will use the Riftbound X account to announce when drawing emails are issued and when the process has formally concluded. That feed is the stated checkpoint for entrants monitoring whether another wave has opened or selection is over. The distinction matters because both later rounds remain conditional under the published schedule, rather than automatic follow-ons to the August 20 drawing.

Context

Why it matters

For collectors and players, the practical task is to separate the confirmed opening round from the two possible follow-ups, then watch the named account for status notices. Equal selection terms remove purchase history from the process, while the damage policy requires the entire Signature Edition to be returned to obtain a full refund.
